Essential Functions
Manage the OkemHomeBuyers.com customer experience with existing/new customers.
Licensees are to prospect, attract and secure new clients in their region.
Generate leads by cold calling, seeking seller referrals, attending networking events, and following up on marketing leads.
Functions on behalf of OkemHomeBuyers.com and is the primary contact to each seller in their respective portfolio.
The Licensee will act as client’s advocate during the development of solutions; work with operations and pricing groups to develop pricing and proposal, review proposals with clients and advise clients during the decision-making process.
Qualifications
Hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
Must be fluent in English and utilize good telephone and email etiquette.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Be proficient with the use of desk top computers, printers, fax machine, email, voicemail, and Microsoft Office Programs, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook.
Possess typing/keyboarding skills.
Poses the ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a variety of groups.
Decision making, problem solving and negotiation skills.
Some travel required.
